Data controller

Shape Labs AB is the data controller for personal data processed through ArtMock. Contact us at privacy@shapelabs.se for any privacy-related enquiries.

What data we collect

Account data: your email address and display name when you create an account or sign in with Apple or Google.

Artwork you upload: images you provide to generate mockups. These are processed on our servers and stored so your generated mockups remain accessible. You can delete them at any time.

Generated mockups and favorites: the mockup images produced for you and any you save to your favorites.

Usage and technical data: device model, iOS version, approximate country, session logs, and crash reports. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google) for this purpose.

Subscription status: we receive confirmation from Apple that a subscription is active. We do not receive or store your payment card details — all billing is handled by Apple.

How we use your data

To create and deliver the mockups you request.

To save and sync your favorites across devices.

To authenticate your account and enforce plan limits (free, monthly, annual).

To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.

To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Third-party services

Firebase (Google LLC): we use Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Storage as our backend. Your data is stored on Google infrastructure. Google's privacy policy applies to their processing: policies.google.com/privacy.

Apple App Store: subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Apple's privacy policy governs all payment processing.

We do not integrate any advertising networks, social tracking pixels, or data brokers.

Subscriptions and billing

ArtMock offers a free tier (3 generations per month), a monthly plan ($9.99/month), and an annual plan ($79.99/year). Paid plans are purchased via in-app purchase in the App Store.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

We do not process payments and have no access to your payment details.

Data retention and deletion

Your uploaded artwork and generated mockups are retained as long as your account is active so they remain accessible to you.

If you delete your account, your personal data and uploaded content are permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records.

To delete your account, use the delete option in the app settings or contact privacy@shapelabs.se.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you have rights under GDPR / UK GDPR, including: access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), portability, and the right to object to certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@shapelabs.se. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

ArtMock is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or email before they take effect.
