Terms of use

The service

ArtMock lets you place your own artwork into room-scene templates to create shareable mockups. Features include browsing scenes, uploading artwork, generating and saving mockups, and managing a favorites collection.

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes where practical.

Accounts

You must create an account to use ArtMock. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.

Plans and subscriptions

ArtMock offers a free tier (3 mockup generations per month), a monthly Pro plan ($9.99/month), and an annual Pro plan ($79.99/year).

Paid subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and are governed by Apple's terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

To cancel, manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings. We do not offer refunds outside Apple's own refund policy.

Your content

You retain all rights to artwork you upload. By uploading, you grant Shape Labs AB a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store and process your images solely to provide the service to you.

You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you upload, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or applicable law.

You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or that infringes intellectual property rights.

Our content

The room-scene templates, UI, branding, and all other content provided by ArtMock are owned by Shape Labs AB or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them outside the normal use of the app.

Mockup images you generate using your own artwork are yours to use freely.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the service.

Do not use ArtMock to process or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Do not attempt to circumvent plan limits or access restrictions.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

ArtMock is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Shape Labs AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Swedish or EU consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be referred to the Swedish courts or, for EU consumers, to an EU alternative dispute resolution body.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of ArtMock after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email.
